Selected grade as its name indicted its a clean, hand picked wood planks, Better grade its another option available and its most commonly used within the residential area,  Common #1 grade this one in particular  show some distress, a more natural wood look, some particular visual is more distress lines, darker wood tones and knots, and a more Rustic look its also available and its called Common#2, this one has a very heavy distress look – Cabin as it may be called – its busy look show most of the tree imperfection, like knots and water lines. When shopping for wood floors make sure to cover all these grade options, define your style and remember that the cleaner the wood, the better product it will be.
